Returns/Exchange
We accept returns up to 7 calendar days after delivery of your order. To return an item, please call us at (202) 330-7995 or email us at tntuniquedesigns@gmail.com to obtain a Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) document. We will send you this document via email which you should print out and include in your return package. Failure to include this RMA document may delay processing of your return.
Exchanges will only be accepted for merchandise that is unworn and in new, salable condition; has all tags still attached; and is free of stains or odors. The decision to grant or reject an Return request shall be at our sole discretion and receipt of an RMA document does not guarantee a Exchange. Please note that some custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You should insure your return package for the full cost of the item(s) being returned. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
